These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Swagzy website and your purchase of products from Swagzy. By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced on our website.

Certain features may require you to create or use a Swagzy customer account.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order. Where required, a minor should use the website only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

We aim to display product descriptions, images, colours, sizing and other information as accurately as reasonably possible.

Actual colours may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and device display. Measurements may also have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

Please review the product information and our Size Guide before placing an order.

Product prices and availability may change without prior notice. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price shown during checkout at the time the order is placed.

Products may become unavailable due to inventory, technical or operational reasons even after being displayed on the website.

Placing an order does not mean that the order has been accepted for fulfilment.

We may cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, payment issues, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information or other operational issues.

If payment has already been received for an order that cannot be fulfilled, any applicable refund will be processed according to the relevant payment and refund process.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment service providers.

Cash on Delivery may be available only for eligible orders, locations or customers.

Where cancellation is available, the option and eligibility will be shown through your Swagzy account or order details. An order may no longer be cancellable after it reaches a stage where fulfilment or shipment processing has progressed.

Orders are delivered through third-party logistics and courier partners. Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by courier operations, location, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Eligible return or exchange options become available after delivery and remain subject to the applicable eligibility checks.

A size exchange, where eligible, is limited to the same product in another available size or eligible variant. The item must be unused, unwashed and returned with its original tags attached and in its original condition.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, the claim should be submitted within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

A continuous, uncut unboxing video is required. The video should begin by clearly showing the sealed parcel and shipping label, continue while the parcel is opened, and continue until the product is completely removed and the reported issue is clearly visible.

Supporting photographs may also be required. Submitting the required evidence does not automatically mean that a claim will be approved. Claims are reviewed before a replacement or other resolution is confirmed.

Swagzy may restrict orders, requests or account access where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity, false claims, repeated misuse, manipulation of promotions, abusive conduct or attempted misuse of the website or return and exchange process.

Swagzy branding, logos, graphics, product designs, photographs, website content and other original material may be protected by applicable intellectual property rights. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without appropriate authorization.

We aim to keep the website available and functioning properly, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. Features may occasionally be changed, suspended or unavailable for maintenance, security or technical reasons.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Swagzy will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
